anyway, today's training was okay i guess. we did 400m X 10, break is 1 min. but the pace was around 1min 55? so it was okay(: then, we had 15 min easy run, hahahaha. Hannah came up with some idea to run on the drains, and it was so much easier to run there(: then after that, we shared our motivational quotes, that will last us for a whole year. hmm. many people had really awesome quotes, and mine was sucky. super embarrassing :X anyway, i dont go if i should go for trackk chalet! it clashes with class chalet, then immediately after that i'm going overseas -.- alamakkk. what to do sehh. hmm, i'll figure it out. oh, and i miss sprinters ALOT ALOT D; but cross sountry training is awesome too(:
